Surround Yourself with Positivity!!!!!!

Sometimes I feel like I can get of track, and get in my feelings too much...I dont know whether is because of my surroundings or what. But what I have learned to maintain my sanity is to Surround myself with Positivity! Positive people, things,music, just anything....If it comes with drama or some mess, GET IT AWAY from me!!!! Mess and drama can make you go crraazzzzyyyyy!!! And who wants to deal with that kind of stuff anyway?? Right! SO with that being said, here are some things I do to cope with the negitive and surround myself with the positive!

-I listen to positive uplifting music. Music feeds my soul, it really does. Artists like Elle Varner, Beyonce, and anything just mellow or upbeat and happy is perfect for me. Especially Elle Varner! I been wearin her Conversational Lush mixtape ooouuuttttt!!!!

-If the situation gets too out of hand, WALK AWAY. There is no shame with removing yourself from a situation!!! Whether it be drama'd out friends, or gossip sessions or anything like that. If you are not comfortable, or you are second guessing being there, LEAVE! Follow your gut and BOUNCE!

-Keep an optimistic outlook on life. Dont always look at the bad in whats going on, because trust it will pass. Concentrate on the good things in your life. There are people in this world that have much less than you, so be grateful of what you do have.

-Prayer works!!! Talk to God about your problems.He can fix it all you have to do is trust Him. Just let it all out, because keeping it bottled in will make it worse. If you dont have a relationship with God, try talking to someone who does, or attend a local church. If you have a twitter follow First Lady Latoya Tolbert. She always has uplifting tweets about getting closer to God and being a better person.

I hope this helps anyone who is struggling with people trying to keep you down.No one should be able to steal your smile or take your joy or faith!! It belongs to you and you only!!! The further someone tries to bring you down, The bigger come up you will have!!!
